📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or
- You received the wrong item, size, or variation
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Returns due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
🔁 Return Process
- Contact Us First

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) or video(s) of the item/problem
- Receive Return Instructions
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). - Pack and Ship Your Return
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Use the provided label to drop off the return at your nearest carrier location.
Note: If the return is not due to our fault, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.(Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.)
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser as per the billing address.
💳 Refunds & Replacements
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If eligible for exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is returned and verified.
🚫 Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on any eligible returns.
