📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or
  • You received the wrong item, size, or variation

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Returns due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact Us First
    Email our customer service at [customer service email] with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photo(s) or video(s) of the item/problem
  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  3. Pack and Ship Your Return
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Use the provided label to drop off the return at your nearest carrier location.

Note: If the return is not due to our fault, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.(Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.)

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser as per the billing address.


💳 Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If eligible for exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is returned and verified.

🚫 Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on any eligible returns.
